It was superbly built but I didn\u2019t get on with it as the motor did most of the work and I didn\u2019t need to cycle much, even up hills. It was returned very quickly and I tried the Wisper with torque. I find it excellent, It is a step through, fold up bike, really well built and I get along with it well. It can be put into the boot of my car together with my husband\u2019s. With this bike, the torque assists more than adequately and I have a smooth, ride. (You can tell by my lack of technical language that my bike knowledge is quite limited). I am \u2018older\u2019 and I really enjoy my exercise on this bike. It must be making me fitter! I do wish it had suspension but it would have been far more expensive. I visited the manufacturer to \u2018have a look\u2019 and was helped by a very knowledgeable guy. Fits into the back of my Citroen Berlingo which is a camper conversion. Rode up Hardknott Pass in the Lake District where I live (notorious for burning out clutches on cars and camper vans) Reached the top of the world and not even out of breath lol! Spent a weekend on the Fleetwood \/ Blackpool coast riding along the promanade for miles without even needing the power on. So easy to ride on the flat and turned on level 1 or 2 when there was a headwind. It\u2019s a tad heavy, but use a good lifting technique It\u2019s gets easier with practice. Battery charge lasts for ages. Very pleased. We absolutely love them. We have taken them on holiday in the boot of our car all over the UK and they easily get us up the steepest of hills and even after a 40 mile ride with a few hills the battery is more than half full. We have the 700 wh battery.\r\nI recently developed a fault where I lost power in high power and full throttle modes. I rang wisper directly and spoke to Adrian in technical who quickly diagnosed the problem. He sent a part to Simon at Dialled in Bikes, Paignton as this is near where we are on holiday. Simon was great and fixed it very quickly. Very impressed.\r\nWe did lots of research before buying our bikes and do not regret our decision.
