I bought two Wisper bikes (M7 & M9) through the Northern Ireland Agent (Stewart Electric) and received excellent customer service throughout. The bikes themselves are very good quality and soundly built. I’m a retired mechanical engineer so I’m able to make a professional assessment. Now in my mid 60s, and with bad knees and back, I thought my cycling days were over, but this bike has opened up a whole new set of possibilities. The torque from the electric motor is excellent allowing me to go further and faster than i ever could on a non electric bike, which is now laying dormant in the garage. If you are contemplating buying an e-bike, I can highly recommend the Wisper bikes.
