Step-Through Mid-Drive (M7): City, Adventure
The Wisper Wayfarer M7 is the stablemate of the M9 crossbar version, its very stiff step through frame is perfect for the rider who really cares about comfort but wants excellent control. In City spec it is a comfortable commuter or day to day workhorse but underneath the city exterior beats the heart of a true thoroughbred. Hidden away the Wayfarer super hi torque motor develops 100Nm. Strip off the comfort products and change the tyres and you have the perfect off roader for a day in the hills and forests. I bought two Wisper bikes (M7 & M9) through the Northern Ireland Agent (Stewart Electric) and received excellent customer service throughout. The bikes themselves are very good quality and soundly built. I’m a retired mechanical engineer so I’m able to make a professional assessment. Now in my mid 60s, and with bad knees and back, I thought my cycling days were over, but this bike has opened up a whole new set of possibilities. The torque from the electric motor is excellent allowing me to go further and faster than i ever could on a non electric bike, which is now laying dormant in the garage. If you are contemplating buying an e-bike, I can highly recommend the Wisper bikes.
