New bikes will be despatched approximately FOUR WEEKS after receipt of order, our service department is currently working to a maximum of three weeks turnaround on servicing and parts, of course we will try our best to be as timely as possible.

We will do everything we can to keep you, our customers, safe and happy. As you will be aware, the Government are keen to ensure everyone has access to a means to exercise safely, and cycling was integral to the measures introduced. The Government is aware that a bicycle is for many people their only means of transport so it’s important that we are available to supply the parts and expertise to keep people mobile. It is for these reasons that the Government have asked us to stay open and that Bicycle Shops are fifth on the Government list of key businesses.

Wisper Bikes have introduced a number of measures to ensure our customers stay safe, healthy and happy. We would also like to extend our gratitude to those essential workers who are working tirelessly to look after the vulnerable. These measures include:
arranging for new bikes to be brought or sent directly to your home
fully preparing and sanitising all bikes prior to dispatch

When you order a new Wisper from our website you can choose how you would like to receive your bike safely:
Either collect from one of our fantastic Wisper dealers or we will ask them to deliver your prepared, sanitised and ready to ride bike directly to your home or place of work.
Alternatively during the current crisis, contact us at sales@wisperbikes.com and will prepare your bike in the Wisper workshop. We will adjust brakes and gears and make sure your bike is in perfect working order before we despatch. We will send your “ready to ride” bicycle directly to your home at no extra cost to you. You will receive the ebike 98% built, there will be some minor adjustment required when you receive it, such as screwing on the pedals and adjusting the handlebar and saddle to your personal requirements. If you need advice or assistance during this process either call us or watch our “How to prepare your bike” movie online. We will contact your local Wisper dealer who will make contact with you when they re-open to arrange servicing.
Currently our tech department is completely operational. If you need a part for your Wisper bike or just some help or advice, and your local Wisper dealer is not available, please give us a call or email support@wisperbikes.com Our Tech guys are available to assist you and if you should need a part will get it out to you on a next day delivery.
We are taking every possible precaution to ensure we help halt the spread of this virus, which is why we have introduced a process ensuring all Wisper eBikes are completely sanitised prior to dispatch. Once preparation has been completed, we carefully clean every bicycle with sanitising wipes and disinfectant, so your bicycle arrives in the cleanest, safest possible condition.
