Our aim is to give Wisper customers the best customer service experience in the ebike industry.
The Wisper ticketing system is designed to enable you to log any issues with which you need our assistance. It will help us make certain that nothing is missed.
After you have clicked on “Add a New Ticket” (below) you will need to fill in all relevant fields and include a detailed description of your technical issue, you can upload images if required.
Once your ticket is open our aim is to respond and resolve your issue within 24 hours. When we are sure your questions have been answered we will write to you to confirm.
